All too often boards can become stuck by entrenched views, fixed mindsets and a lack of momentum on important decisions. They may go with the majority view but that leaves a smaller group feeling bitter and potentially disruptive.


But, what if there was a way for boards to create a controlled and safe dialogue to “get unstuck” and come to better decisions in which all board members meaningfully participate and feel heard regardless of the outcome.


Paul Smith joins us for this interactive workshop to teach and demonstrate  “Deep Democracy” - a unique decision-making process designed to expose otherwise hidden views and allow board members to make meaningful connection to self and others.  Paul has used the process with many groups, including a large Australian company that needed to decide if COVID vaccines should be mandated for all staff.
